Question by Samantha M: Can I get Vocational Rehabilitation without being disabled?
My father was in an accident and experienced some traumatic brain injury. He refuses to be labeled as disabled and does not want any money from the government. He is simply looking for vocational rehabilitation so he can get back to work. It seems like all of the social services require a ‘government stamp’ of disability to access help. Does anyone know of a National or Arizona service that does not require a disability claim?
